How escrow works
Buying from a stranger online is risky — you don’t want to pay and receive nothing, and sellers don’t want to ship and never get paid. GameKhelo escrow removes that risk by sitting safely in the middle for customer-to-customer used-game sales. Here’s how it works, step by step.
1. Buyer pays GameKhelo
The buyer pays the agreed amount to GameKhelo (not directly to the seller). We hold the money securely while the deal completes.
2. Seller ships the item
Once we confirm the payment, the seller is notified to ship. GameKhelo adds the courier tracking number so the buyer can follow it.
3. Buyer confirms the parcel
When the parcel arrives, the buyer checks it and confirms it on the platform. If something’s wrong, they raise it before funds move.
4. GameKhelo releases funds
After the buyer confirms, GameKhelo releases the payment to the seller — minus a 5% seller fee. Everyone’s protected end to end.
Protected for both sides
The buyer only pays into escrow — money is released to the seller only after the item is received. The seller ships knowing the payment is already secured with GameKhelo. No trust in strangers required.
Buying a gaming account?
Gaming accounts use the same escrow protection, but nothing is shipped. You pay GameKhelo and your money is held until you’ve checked the account works. After we verify your payment, the seller sends the account details to GameKhelo — credentials are handed over through us, never off-platform. You then get 5 hours to sign in and confirm everything matches the listing; report a problem inside that window and we step in, otherwise the seller is paid when it ends.
What about GameKhelo’s own products?
Escrow is for customer-to-customer sales. Items GameKhelo sells directly — brand-new games, GameKhelo’s own used games, gift cards and Game Pass — are sold to you directly by GameKhelo and paid via SadaPay / EasyPaisa, bank transfer or Cash on Delivery, not through escrow.
Frequently asked questions
How does GameKhelo escrow work?
The buyer pays GameKhelo instead of the seller. We hold the money securely, the seller ships the item, and once the buyer confirms they received it, we release the payment to the seller.
Is escrow safe for both the buyer and the seller?
Yes. The buyer only ever pays into escrow, so their money is protected until the item arrives. The seller ships knowing the payment is already secured with GameKhelo. Neither side has to trust a stranger.
What is the escrow fee?
GameKhelo charges the seller a 5% fee, which is deducted when the payment is released after the buyer confirms delivery. The buyer pays no extra escrow fee.
How do I get paid as a seller?
After the buyer confirms they received the item, GameKhelo releases your payment minus the 5% seller fee. Payouts are sent via SadaPay / EasyPaisa or bank transfer.
How are items delivered?
Orders are shipped across Pakistan with TCS or Leopards, and GameKhelo adds a tracking number so the buyer can follow the delivery.

Do GameKhelo’s own products use escrow?
No. Items GameKhelo sells directly — brand-new games, GameKhelo’s own used games, gift cards and Game Pass — are sold to you directly and paid via SadaPay / EasyPaisa, bank transfer or Cash on Delivery, not through escrow.
